This role is for someone who has been deep in the consumer app space, understands what makes mobile experiences compelling at scale, and has the technical background to drive AI product decisions with real credibility.You will define and deliver the AI product strategy for our B2C app — working at the intersection of user behaviour, machine learning, and mobile product craft. You think like an engineer, act like a product owner, and measure everything.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and own the AI product strategy for our consumer mobile applicationTranslate complex AI and ML capabilities into intuitive, high-value consumer featuresPartner with ML engineers and data scientists to scope, prioritise, and ship AI-driven functionalityOwn the full App Store release cycle for AI features — from scoping through submission and post-launch analysisUse quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions and track successWrite detailed product specs and technical requirements that engineering teams can act on immediatelyDrive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, and leadership on the AI product roadmapRequired QualificationsExperience in the Cosmetics / Beauty Industry is a big win!Proven track record as a Senior PM or above on consumer-facing mobile applicationsDirect experience shipping AI or ML-powered features in a B2C contextHands-on coding ability in Python or Java — you are comfortable reading code, writing scripts, and reasoning about technical implementationsSolid understanding of the iOS App Store ecosystem — guidelines, release processes, and consumer app dynamicsStrong analytical mindset with experience using data to validate decisions and measure outcomesMust have prior remote work experience and demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a distributed teamPreferred QualificationsExperience working at an early-stage company or within a new product verticalFamiliarity with LLMs, recommendation systems, or personalisation engines in a consumer contextBackground with mobile A/B testing and experimentation platformsExperience managing cross-functional teams without direct authorityTools & TechnologyPython / JavaiOS ecosystem (App Store Connect, TestFlight)AI/ML tooling and APIsAnalytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)Project management tools (Linear, Jira, or similar)Slack, Zoom, Google WorkspacePlease Note It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
