As a Maven provider, you will have the opportunity to connect with members across the globe, scaling impact and healthcare access worldwide. You will join a curated provider network encompassing 30+ specialties and 350+ subspecialties, dedicated to delivering holistic, high-value care.As we continue to expand our member population in 175+ countries, we’re also growing our best-in-class network of providers. If you are passionate about improving clinical outcomes, reducing healthcare costs, and delivering compassionate evidence-based care, you would be an ideal addition to our team.What You'll Do:Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around:Pregnancy, postpartum, peri-menopause, menopauseAdoption, surrogacy, fertility, egg freezing, loss, return-to-workAnxiety, depression, personality disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.Balancing work-life and parent lifeParent and family coachingCapture encounter summary documentation in our practice management system, MPracticeCollaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals and follow-upsServe as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyoneWho You Are: Reside in Canada.Comfortable providing care to members in both French and English.A Psychologist, Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), or Registered Psychotherapist in Canada.Able to work independently without supervision from a licensed supervisor, and without any current, past, or pending disciplinary actions.Available to provide direct member care for approximately 3–5 hours per week in a part-time, 1099 independent contractor role.Experienced in providing empathetic and culturally humble care.Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail.Passionate about women’s and family health.Opportunity Highlights: FlexibilityMeet with members virtually, when and where it’s convenient for you.Expand your practiceSupplement your regular practice through Maven’s proprietary, secure tele-health platformProvide care via video and private messagingParticipate in unique opportunities, e.g. moderating community forums, leading virtual member classes, writing or reviewing educational articlesIn-person referrals to your practice Training & events.
