You can work from home and be located anywhere in GermanyAbout the RoleThe Senior Solution Consultant as a fully proficient professional will be responsible for understanding Kinaxis customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and will be committed to helping our customers solve complex issues in their supply chain management practice. The incumbent will work with new and existing customers and will provide expert guidance in integrating our product offerings so that our customers can start to experience the immediate value of Kinaxis solutions.The incumbent will act as a functional lead on projects by providing consulting services and leadership during deployment of RapidResponse supply chain software and leverage advanced knowledge of the product and supply chain industry trends and best practices to achieve desired outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently lead business requirements discovery sessions for implementations of advanced complexity, multi-phase workstreams, and broad scope.Partner with the Solution Architect in the process design and technical direction of complex configurations.Execute product configurations of advanced complexity, according to customer needs and approved solution architecture.Act as the first level of escalation and oversee the troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration issues for the project team.Apply advanced mathematical models, optimization techniques, and artificial intelligence algorithms to complex supply chain planning scenarios to improve customer supply chain performance and achieve business objectives.Execute the validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback, and develop recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation.Independently lead complex deployment workshops with a focus on training and guiding customers on how the solution was configured and how to achieve immediate value from their investment.Provide technical leadership and recommendations to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants during project milestones and critical deployment escalations.Guide and mentor more junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.Primary Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of in-depth experience in software implementation or deployment within the supply chain planning or supply chain execution space, or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.2–3 years’ experience in a functional leadership capacity for system configuration or system deployments.2–3 years’ experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations.Passion for working in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, able to synthesize complex information to determine the best course of action.Self-starter who shows initiative in their work and learning, and can excel in a fast-paced environment.Proven leadership skills within a team, along with a successful track record working with customers and executive sponsors.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.Role-Specific Skills and ExperienceAdvanced knowledge and hands-on application of supply chain best practices and concepts related to forecasting, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), constraint management, and production scheduling.Ability to lead complex business requirements gathering sessions with customers and system end users.Experience with supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions such as RapidResponse, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder.Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.Willin
