You’ll investigate complex topics, collaborate with subject matter experts, and design learning experiences that are clear, practical, and aligned with competency standards.If you enjoy digging into research, connecting the dots, and building training that actually works in real environments, you’ll thrive in this role.Key Responsibilities:Conduct research on hospitality practices, training requirements, and industry standards.Analyze training package requirements and competency frameworks.Design structured learning modules and training materials.Develop assessments aligned with learning outcomes and competency standards.Translate research findings and SME knowledge into practical learning content.Review and refine learning materials for clarity, accuracy, and compliance.Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.
