This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting\-edge tools and methodologies in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** * Execute comprehensive testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications across multiple operating systems including Android, iOS, Windows, and Linux. * Develop, review, and refine detailed test cases based on functional specifications and business requirements. * Utilize automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and Appium to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. * Perform manual testing for user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, regression testing, performance testing with LoadRunner or similar tools, and load/stress testing scenarios. * Track defects accurately using defect tracking tools like HP ALM, Jira, or TFS; prioritize issues based on severity; collaborate with developers to facilitate quick resolution. * Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues affecting software performance or functionality. * Validate fixes through re\-testing and regression cycles to ensure issues are resolved effectively before release. * Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab to ensure smooth release management. * Participate actively in Agile/Scrum teams by attending daily stand\-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to align testing efforts with development cycles. **Requirements** * Proven experience in software quality assurance with a strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and QA methodologies. * Hands\-on expertise with test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber for functional and regression testing. * Proficiency in scripting languages including JavaScript, Python, Bash (Unix shell), or similar for creating robust test scripts. * Solid knowledge of mobile testing on Android and iOS platforms using tools like Appium or similar automation frameworks. * Experience with API testing involving RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI; familiarity with JSON and XML data formats. * Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB for data validation and analysis. * Strong analytical skills for data analysis and troubleshooting system issues; ability to perform root cause analysis efficiently. * Knowledge of version control systems such as Git or SVN; experience integrating
