This client\-facing role manages day\-to\-day accounting functions, including trust accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly financial reporting while delivering exceptional client service. This role is ideal for a detail\- and solutions\-oriented bookkeeper who is interested in growing their career and taking on increasing responsibilities over time. As proficiency is demonstrated, additional responsibilities in coaching, workflow management, process improvement, and operational leadership may be assigned. **Primary Responsibilities** **General Accounting \& Bookkeeping** * Manage the day\-to\-day bookkeeping for assigned law firm clients. * Record, reconcile, and maintain accurate financial transactions, including bank accounts, credit cards, loans, and other balance sheet accounts. * Prepare monthly financial statements and complete month\-end close activities. * Support year\-end accounting activities and CPA requests. **Trust Accounting** * Maintain attorney trust accounts in accordance with applicable state bar requirements and firm procedures. * Perform monthly three\-way trust reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, monitor trust balances, and coordinate trust replenishments. **Accounts Payable \& Receivable** * Process vendor invoices and schedule payments according to client approval procedures. * Record client payments, maintain accurate accounts receivable records, and investigate discrepancies as needed. * Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collection follow\-up. **Client Service** * Build and maintain strong r
