WMS & TMS Systems Specialist (Supply Chain IT)

Position OverviewWe are looking for an IT Supply Chain Systems Specialist with strong experience in WMS and TMS to support the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Logistics systems across Midea’s North LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Panama, and Ecuador).This role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring the successful delivery, stability, and optimization of WMS and TMS platforms, while collaborating closely with regional teams and global IT operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support end-to-end implementation and optimization of WMS and TMS solutionsTranslate business requirements into system configurations and functional specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, IT, and external vendors)Manage system integrations between WMS/TMS and ERP platformsProvide hands-on troubleshooting, system support, and continuous improvementsParticipate in testing phases (UAT, regression, go-live, hypercare)Drive process standardization and system enhancements to improve operational efficiencyRequirements5–10 years of experience working with WMS and TMS systemsProven hands-on experience with at least one of the following platforms:Oracle Fusion Cloud SCMBlue Yonder (JDA)Manhattan AssociatesInfios (Körber)Strong understanding of supply chain processes (warehousing, transportation, distribution)Experience with system implementations, integrations, and supportAbility to work with both technical and business stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEnglish Advanced – Written and conversationalNice to HaveExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Knowledge of data analysis and reporting toolsExperience in 3PL, retail, or logistics environmentsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on large-scale supply chain technology projectsExposure to global operations and cross-functional teamsDynamic and collaborative work environmentWhy Midea?
