Join our Talent Pool today and stay connected for future Integration Architect opportunities at QWA.Five+ (5+) years of VMS experience preferredThree+ (3+) years of implementation experience preferredExperience with project management, reporting and data modellingBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceConsulting experience preferredMulti-National experience preferredAbility to travel up to 20%Required SkillsExpert proficiency in creating effective architectural designs for highly complex integration architecturesExpert consulting, negotiating, communicating, consensus building, influencing, presentation and facilitation skills with both internal and external stakeholders of all levelsExpert innovator with the ability to think beyond established standards and processesExpert-level knowledge and experience applying current and emerging technology solutions and trends to solve for complex business problemsWorking knowledge of various consulting/project methodologies, including Agile PM, Design Thinking Methodology, and Test AutomationExtensive knowledge of integration file formats and canonical structures, transmission protocols and transformation technologiesModerate understanding of coding languages & mathematical logicAbility to write basic and modify SQL, cXML, JSON, and HTTP response statementsAbility to configure and troubleshoot integration endpoint setup, transmission protocols, encryption of data transmission, and middleware callsModerate understanding of transmission and file encryption, and general data security (GDPR, SOX, etc.)Exceptional Technical leadership experienceExpert-level ability to communicate highly complex technical information clearly and articulately to all levels and audiencesThorough knowledge of process modelling techniques and protocolsExpert-level knowledge of the staffing industry, HR and recruiting practicesLocation disclaimer: This position is open to North America locations outside of California, Colorado, New Jersey, New York, Washington and Maryland.Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $70-85/hour At AGS, we r
