You will serve as the dedicated financial partner to our global Sales and Marketing organizations. You will drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decisions that accelerate our Go-to-Market success. We need a "builder" who pairs deep technical modeling expertise with the communication and partnership skills necessary to influence strategic GTM decisions and scale our finance organization alongside our rapid growth.Key Responsibilities:Build deep relationships with Sales and Marketing in order to serve as their strategic and trusted financial partner, providing critical financial insights, challenging assumptions, and influencing key investment decisionsBuild, own, and continually refine the foundational GTM FP&A infrastructure, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking processes tailored for Sales and MarketingDesign and implement a robust GTM analytics framework (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI of marketing spend, sales productivity), collaborating closely with the Business and Data Analytics teams to ensure data integrity, operationalize KPIs, and automate reportingDrive financial discipline and operational maturity within the Sales and Marketing organizations, implementing best practices for resource allocation, target setting, and performance managementOwn the GTM-specific inputs for the Annual and Long-term Planning cycles, ensuring alignment between GTM strategy and financial targetsContribute to executive, board, and investor reporting, delivering strategic insights and concise storytelling that clarifies Sales and Marketing performance and mobilizes actionPerform ad-hoc analyses to support critical GTM operating priorities and strategic initiatives as neededRequirements4-8 years of experience with prior experience supporting GTM functions in a high growth tech company. Public company experience is preferred.Highly driven self-starter with a builder’s mindset, who operates with autonomy and maintains a high ‘quality bar’ for accuracy and business judgmentOutstanding communication skills, with a track record of distilling data into narratives for executives, investors, and sophisticated business audiencesExpert-level financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets) with experience managing complex operating models. Familiarity with SQL, SFDC, NetSuite, and Pigment is a plusProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, prioritize effectively, achieve objectives in a fast-paced environment, and comfort operating in ambiguityExcited about AI and passionate about building a landmark, generational tech companyBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
