Want to work from home?** No problem! **As a Senior AI Tech Lead, you will:** * Own the end\-to\-end technical architecture of the ProfitSolv AI Platform: agents, retrieval, knowledge graph, lakehouse, governance, and the Learning Flywheel. * Be the senior technical voice in deep architectural discussions, direct the technical flow of design reviews, lead difficult tradeoff conversations, and raise the technical bar across the AI team. * Stay hands\-on with code (\~50% of your time) on the highest\-leverage work: foundational frameworks, prototypes, evaluation harnesses, and the systems that everything else depends on. * Spend the rest of your time (\~50%) on architecture and technical leadership: RFCs, design reviews, cross\-team alignment, technical roadmap, and vendor evaluation. * Own the agentic platform architecture: AgentCore plus Strands plus Bedrock integration, multi\-agent orchestration, tool and MCP design, and the guardrail and policy framework. * Drive evaluation discipline across the platform: data quality contracts, retrieval evaluation, agent evaluation. Treat harness engineering as a first\-class practice. * Lead the trust architecture for AI in legal services: tenant isolation, ABA Model Rules and Formal Opinion compliance, observability and audit, explainability with citations, hallucination guardrails. * Mentor senior IC engineers across data, retrieval, graph, and agent specializations through code review, design review, and direct technical collaboration. * Partner with the Director of Enterprise AI on team strategy, roadmap, and headcount; partner with product, security, and legal counsel on cross\-functional requirements. * Evaluate vendors, frameworks, and managed services (Anthropic, AWS, OpenAI, and others) and make architectural recommendations grounded in cost, scale, and regulated\-industry constraints. * Other duties as assigned.
