Quality Control Analyst - Level 2 (Remote)

We’re looking for a quality analyst who shares our commitment to leveraging technology to make a real impact in the world – a professional who knows, beyond all else, that the quality of our products and services is only as good as the company we keep. **All candidates will be required to complete at least one in\-person interview as part of our hiring process.** **Job Summary****:** This individual will conduct a wide range of quality assurance tasks, including analyzing requirements, developing and executing tests, evaluating results and reporting. **Principal Responsibilities****:** * Review documentation to understand testing requirements, test environments and objectives. * Proactively participate in maintaining and improving team standards and best practices * Translate requirements into detailed test cases * Peer review other team members test cases * Participate in all phases of testing. * Communicate status of work to the team **Required Skills/Experience****:** * 3\-5 years of experience working as a QA Tester * Self\-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Effectively collaborate and coordinate with both onshore and offshore team members * Experience testing web\-based applications on desktops and mobile devices * SQL knowledge * Positive attitude * Ability to read and understand technical documentation. * Ability to think abstract "outside the box " * Passionate about product success. **Preferred Experience****:** * Experience working with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (preferred). * Experience and understanding of agile development life cycle. * Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology related field (preferred). * Prior Health IT experience (a plus) * Insurance claims experience (a plus) * Prior experience with EDI transactions (a plus) **Location:** Remote **Status**: Full time position with full company benefits NOTICE: EO/AA/VEVRAA/Disabled Employer – Federal Contractor.
