This role combines solutions engineering, automation development, and client partnership. You will analyze marketing workflows, develop custom automations, and ensure successful implementation of AI-driven solutions that improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct discovery sessions to understand client marketing and SEO workflows and identify automation opportunitiesBuild custom automations, integrations, and data pipelines using Python and SQLOwn complex technical support escalations from issue triage through solution deliveryCollaborate with clients to refine workflows and drive adoption of AI-powered processesContribute to internal tools, reusable automation templates, and implementation documentationPartner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve customer outcomesRequired QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python and SQL with the ability to build automation workflows and integrationsExperience in technical customer-facing roles such as Implementation Specialist, Solutions Consultant, or Marketing TechnologistKnowledge of digital marketing workflows including SEO, content operations, or marketing automationAbility to work directly with clients to translate operational needs into technical solutionsPrior remote work experience is required. Candidates must be fluent in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar platforms, and should ideally have worked with US or UK-based companies.
