**26/27\- School\-based Physical Therapist (PT) – Fullerton, CA** **Start Date:** 8/10/26\- 5/28/27 **Schedule:** Monday\-Friday. 5\.5 billable hours/day or 27\.5 hours/week. **Pay:** $50–55/hour, dependent on experience **Location:** 100% on\-site, remote not available **Job Type:** Part\-time, W\-2 **About the Role:** Inclusive Learning Partners (ILP) is hiring a **Physical Therapist (PT)** to provide school\-based physical therapy services to students in educational settings. The PT will support students with moderate to severe disabilities in accessing their educational environment by improving mobility, strength, posture, motor coordination, and functional independence within the school setting. **Required Qualifications** * Graduate of an accredited school by The Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy Licensed by the Physical Therapy Board of California * California Physical Therapist (PT) License * School experience is highly preferred * Familiarity with IEP systems, progress monitoring, and data collection * Must be willing to undergo a criminal background clearance and Livescan fingerprinting through the California Department of Justice and FBI * TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x\-ray if applicable * Willingness to complete all necessary ILP and state\-mandated trainings during onboarding **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with students with significant physical, cognitive, orthopedic, or emotional disabilities * Skilled in adaptive equipment, gait training, transfers, positioning, and classroom mobility accommodations * Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams * Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills **Key Responsibilities** * Provide direct physical therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs * Evaluate and support students’ gross motor skills, mobility, balance, coordination, strength, endurance, and functional access within the school environment * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student participation in educational activities * Collaborate with teachers, aides, nurses, OTs, SLPs, and other related service providers to support student success * Recommend and support the use of adaptive equipment, positioning devices, mobility supports, and environmental modifications * Collect data on student performance and progress toward IEP goals * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school district, state, and federal requirements * Participate in IEP meetings as needed, providing input regarding motor development, mobility needs, accommodations, and therapy recommendation **Employee Perks and Benefits** * Weekly pay via direct deposit * Medical, Dental, Vision, \& Life Insurance * Paid Sick Time, PTO \& Holidays * CEU reimbursement * 401(k) * Referral bonuses * Supportive, responsive team *(Benefits eligibility may vary depending on employment status)* **Why Work With ILP?** Join the Inclu
