Senior AI Video Engineer

About Us DreamX is an AI companion platform with 100K\+ users and growing MRR. We're building next\-generation AI video generation and virtual avatar technology to create immersive, lifelike experiences for our users. This is a foundational role with direct impact on our core product. You'll work closely with the founding team, and your technical decisions will ship to production. Responsibilities * Design and maintain end\-to\-end **AI image / video generation pipelines** * Research, evaluate, and integrate open\-source generative models (Wan, CogVideoX, SeedDance, FLUX, etc.) * Develop and optimize **character consistency** solutions including LoRA fine\-tuning, IP\-Adapter, and ControlNet * Collaborate with the ML team on **real\-time / low\-latency video generation** (LiveKit streaming, avatar rendering, etc.) * Build and maintain GPU inference infrastructure to maximize throughput and minimize latency * Stay current with the latest AIGC research and rapidly prototype and ship new techniques Requirements **Must\-Have** * 3\+ years of hands\-on engineering experience in image/video generation * Strong understanding of **diffusion model architectures** (SDXL, SD3, DiT, etc.) * Experience using or fine\-tuning **video generation models** (Wan, CogVideoX, Mochi, Kling, etc.) * Solid Python skills with familiarity in PyTorch, Diffusers, and the ComfyUI/A1111 ecosystem * Proficiency in **Node.js** for building and maintaining inference APIs, webhooks, and async task queues * Experience with **GPU inference optimization** (TensorRT, xformers, model quantization, etc.) * **Comfortable working with NSFW content** — our platform includes adult\-oriented material; candidates must be able to work professionally within this domain **Nice\-to\-Have** * Experience with **real\-time avatar / digital human** generation (HeyGen, Hedra, Simli, or similar) * Familiarity with LiveKit, WebRTC for real\-time video streaming * Experience with face\-swap, lip\-sync, or motion transfer * Track record of shipping AIGC features to production (not just research or demos) Pay: $30,000\.00 \- $80,000\.00 per year Work Location: Remote
