This is a remote position.Job Description - Social Media Manager Position: Social Media ManagerLocation: RemoteShift: US Shift (Night Shift)Team Size: 2–3 Virtual Assistants (Social Media + Admin Support)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead a team of 2-3Virtual Assistants (VAs) who support our clients in both social media management andadministrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and aclient-first mindset. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clientdeliverables, managing relationships with clients, and guiding the VA team to achieveperformance and engagement goals.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.○ Understand client goals, brand voice, and ensure alignment across all socialmedia and admin deliverables.○ Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to provide updatesand gather feedback.Team Management
○ Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Virtual Assistants managing social media andadmin tasks for clients.○ Oversee workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery ofwork.○ Train, guide, and monitor team members to maintain quality and consistency.○ Review and approve content, reports, and communications before clientsubmission.Social Media Management
○ Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives.○ Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and reporting across multipleplatforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).○ Track social media KPIs, generate reports, and present actionable insights toclients.○ Ensure compliance with Meta, Google, and platform policies to avoid accountissues.Administrative Oversight
○ Coordinate and supervise Virtual Assistants managing client’s administrativeprocesses.○ Ensure smooth communication, documentation, and operational support onbehalf of the clients.○ Maintain quality checks to ensure client satisfaction on both social media andadmin deliverables.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
(preferred).Proven experience (3-5 years) in social media management with client-facing
responsibilities.Prior experience managing a team (preferably Virtual Assistants or remote staff).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (US clients).
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content best
practices.Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain quality standards under pressure.
Familiarity with task/project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Zoho
