This individual partners closely with the CFO and broader executive leadership to provide financial insight, improve operational efficiencies, and support strategic decision\-making across the business. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands\-on, with deep experience in inventory\-driven businesses, consumer products, wholesale operations, and complex accounting environments. This is a fractional engagement designed for a senior finance leader who can deliver Controller\-level rigor on a part\-time cadence while flexing up around close cycles, audits, and strategic finance initiatives. **What You’ll Do** **Financial Leadership \& Reporting** * Lead all accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, financial reporting, and account reconciliations * Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting * Prepare financial analyses, operating reports, and executive\-level reporting packages * Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures **Operational \& Inventory Finance** * Partner cross\-functionally with operations, supply chain, sales, and inventory teams to analyze inventory performance, costing, and gross margin trends * Oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis across multiple product categories and business channels (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, wholesale) * Develop financial models, KPIs, and busi
