This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while engaging in meaningful interactions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Duties** * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels, providing clear solutions and support. * Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new services. * Assist clients with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting issues related to products or services. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using data entry skills within our CRM systems. * Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure each interaction is positive and productive. * Support client services by offering tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. * Collaborate with team members to analyze customer data, identify trends, and suggest improvements for service delivery. **Qualifications** * Multilingual proficiency in English plus at least one additional language is highly preferred. * Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous. * Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross\-sell products when appropriate. * Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation over the phone or digital channels. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation. * Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is a plus. * Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights. * Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively. * Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required; typing speed should be sufficient for quick data entry.
