You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and close high‑value deals. Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you’ll play a critical role in expanding our footprint across asset managers, fund administrators, wealth managers, investment consultants, and asset ownersWhat skills and experience do I need to succeed?✅ Essential Requirements🎯 RegTech sales experience (top priority). 🏦 Strong background selling into:Alternative asset managersPrivate asset managersCompliance, operations & regulatory leaders (e.g., Chief Compliance Officers) 💼 Sales Skills5–10 years of SaaS or regulated‑industry sales (junior candidates from competitors also welcomed)True “hunter” mindset — outreach, education, closingStrong discovery & qualification capabilitiesAbility to influence senior stakeholders across the investment ecosystem⭐ Desirable Qualifications✨ Experience selling RegTech, compliance, or fin‑tech solutions ✨ Background with competitor firms such as FundApps, Adenza, Droit, Solutions Atlantic, AQ Metrics, DFIN, Knap, Contigo ✨ Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles (6–12+ months) ✨ Ability to manage limited demo resources and independently drive evaluations ✨ Fast learner with appetite to grow product & regulatory expertise✈️ TravelComfortable traveling 50–75%, driven by deal needs.What do we offer?Confluence offers generous benefit packages for team members.
