As a Senior SailPoint Analyst with Guidehouse, you’ll play a critical role in the world of is responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and related Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
This role serves as a subject matter expert for identity lifecycle management, access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), segregation of duties (SoD), provisioning, and compliance reporting.
The Senior Analyst collaborates with cybersecurity, application owners, infrastructure teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure that identity governance processes align with security policies, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ environments across development, test, and production.
Monitor and support identity aggregation, account correlation, and provisioning activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access management issues.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance activities.
Manage access certification campaigns and remediation activities.
Create and modify SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, tasks, certifications, and policies.
Monitor and report on access governance metrics and key performance indicators.
Identify and mitigate identity-related security risks.
Partner with cybersecurity, IAM, application owners, and business leaders to implement governance controls.
Participate in change management, incident management, and release management processes.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or Computer Science or related field
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience in identity and access management, with a MINIMUM of THREE (3) years focused on SailPoint IIQ and/or Okta
Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53)
Experience with collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, JIRA, ServiceNow
Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ and/or Okta, including features, integrations, and architecture in a full IAM stack
Experience troubleshooting identity correlation and identity cube associated issues in SailPoint IIQ
Experience troubleshooting Okta user authentication and application issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to security best practices
Ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Active security clearance
SailPoint IdentityIQ certification(s)
Okta certifications (e.g., Okta Certified Professional, Administrator, Consultant, Developer)
Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Okta Workflows)
Strong experience with developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Okta workflows
Experience supporting Federal IT projects that integrate multiple IAM technologies
Additional relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM)
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
