While you will be a foundational member of a team, your influence extends beyond a single product area – you are a process architect who ensures our implementations are robust, elegant, and scalable for the long term. In this role, you will lead through high-level design and deep hands-on execution, with roughly 70% of your time spent building core abstractions and 30% shaping the broader architectural roadmap through peer partnership and mentorship. You will be a key contributor to our engineering best practices and play a vital role in expanding our interview bench and mentoring senior talent.Collaborate as a Strategic Partner: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to explore "the art of the possible," translating executive-level goals into technical reality.What You’ll BringDeep Roots: 12+ years of professional engineering experience, with a proven track record of building the critical APIs and infrastructure that enable other engineers to succeed.C# / .NET Mastery: Expert-level, current "under the hood" knowledge of the Microsoft .NET technology stack (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs).Architectural Stewardship: Extensive hands-on experience with distributed systems and design patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing) that ensure system resiliency at scale.A Data-First Mindset: You use performance profiling and data analysis to drive architectural decisions and prove the impact of your technical recommendations.Modern Tooling: High proficiency with Git, SQL Server, and advanced debugging/profiling tools to optimize high-traffic environments.A Collaborative Spirit: A proactive, "no-ego" approach to problem-solving.
