About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused People Operations Program Manager to partner closely with our CHRO and help drive the People function forward. In this role, you’ll act as a high-trust operator with direct exposure to leadership, turning priorities into action, bringing structure to fast-moving work, and ensuring critical initiatives are delivered with clarity and follow-through. You’ll play a central role in keeping the team aligned, focused, and operating at a high level. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits.
