Join us as a Senior Sales Engineer and help us do what we do best: propelling business forward. This will be a remote role in the US however due to the team location we need folks to be in EST. This role will also require traveling at times for customer engagements or events in our Raleigh NC and Burlington MA offices. We are seeking an experienced and consultative Senior Presales Specialist to play a critical role in helping customers unlock the full value of our SaaS and data solutions. In this role, you will go well beyond product demonstrations—acting as a trusted technical and business advisor to customers and a strategic partner to Sales. You will lead complex discovery efforts, shape high\-impact use cases, and demonstrate how our solutions drive measurable business outcomes. You’ll bring strong technical credibility, business acumen, and the confidence to influence customer decisions while mentoring others on the team. **In this role, you will:** **Strategic, Business\-Focused Discovery** * Lead sophisticated discovery conversations with customers to uncover complex business challenges, workflows, and strategic objectives. * Translate ambiguous or high\-level business problems into clearly defined solution opportunities. * Guide customers toward outcome\-focused thinking rather than feature\-level requirements. **Advanced Use Case Development \& Solution Mapping** * Analyze customer environments, architectures, and processes to identify high\-value, differentiated use cases. * Map product capabilities to customer business practices, industry patterns, and long\-term strategic goals. * Design solution approaches that balance customer needs, technical feasibility, scalability, and future growth. **Value\-Driven, Executive\-Ready Demonstrations** * Deliver tailored, compelling demonstrations for technical and business audiences, including senior stakeholders. * Clearly articulate why the solution matters—linking capabilities to business impact, efficiency gains, and ROI. * Adapt demonstrations dynamically based on customer feedback, questions, and priorities. **Technical Credibility \& Architecture Awareness** * Apply strong technical knowledge across SaaS and data platforms, including hands\-on familiarity with PHP\-based applications and environments. * Confidently discuss how the solution integrates with customer systems, workflows, and custom applications. * Partner effectively with Engineering and Product to address complex technical questions and edge cases. **Sales Partnership \& Deal Leadership** * Act as a strategic partner to Sales, helping shape account
