This role is focused on recruiting coordination and sourcing, giving you hands-on exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle at a fast-growing AI-powered software company. You will also contribute to early-stage AI workflow projects, helping identify where automation can reduce manual effort across the function. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate who wants real-world HR and recruiting experience in a lean, collaborative environment.What You'll DoCoordinate interview scheduling across multiple open requisitions, managing candidate communications and interviewer calendars with accuracy and a strong candidate experience in mindMaintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data integrity across all active and closed roles, including candidate stages, disposition codes, and recruiter notesDraft and send candidate-facing communications including application confirmations, scheduling requests, status updates, and rejection noticesAssist with sourcing support on targeted roles, including LinkedIn Recruiter searches and InMail outreach sequencingResearch and compile sourcing lists for active requisitions, supporting passive candidate identification across open rolesMaintain and organize recruiting documentation including job descriptions, offer letter templates, interview guides, and process SOPsSupport onboarding coordination activities as needed, including new hire paperwork tracking and first-day logisticsParticipate in identifying repetitive, manual TA workflows and help document where AI tools could reduce time spent on low-value tasksAssist with light AI tool testing and prompt drafting for use cases such as candidate outreach messages, intake summaries, and job description draftsOther duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForMust HaveCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related fieldExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and details simultaneously without losing accuracyClear, professional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partnersA proactive, can-do attitude: someone who identifies what needs to be done and does it without waiting to be askedCuriosity and comfort with technology, including a willingness to learn AI tools, ATS platforms, and productivity software quicklyProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at a practical working levelGenuine interest in recruiting, HR operations, or people-focused work as a career directionNice to HavePrior internship or part-time experience in HR, recruiting, administrative coordination, or a client-facing roleHands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for productivity, writing, or research purposesExposure to an ATS, CRM, or similar data management platform in an academic or work contextExperience in a fast-paced environment where priorities shifted and adaptability was requiredWhat You'll GainReal recruiting experience across a live pipeline: you will coordinate interviews, support sourcing, and interact with candidates on active rolesEarly exposure to AI-powered HR workflows at a company where automation is genuinely welcomed and resourcedVisibility into the full recruiting and people operations function, with mentorship from an experienced HR leaderA tangible portfolio of work including sourcing lists, communications, and process contributions you can speak to in future interviewsWhy GAINSRecognized by Gartner in the Magic Quadrant for Supply Chain Planning Solutions and awarded the 2025 AI/ML-powered Supply Chain Planning Technology Innovation Leadership AwardAggressive growth; GAINS is on a fast trajectory and our team is mission-critical to our successA mission that matters: helping global supply chains become safer, greener, and more resilientFlexible remote-first work environment with a collaborative, inclusive team cultureSocial impact prog
