Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the review and alignment of Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with EHR compliance standards.Implementing detailed analysis and SOP cross-referencing for EHR access and documentation.Determining areas of risk, drafting recommendations, and designing approval workflows for BAA processes.Supporting daily operations and compliance through audits, training, and user support for EHR platforms.Willingness to be on-call to support urgent access or compliance needs.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:High School Diploma/GED AND two (2) years of experience in health information management, compliance and electronic health recordsANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Four (4) years of experience managing EHR access, compliance audits, and regulatory protocolsExperience interpreting and applying HIPAA, BAA, and PHI privacy standardsExperience designing and updating SOPs for health information systemsProficiency in electronic record systems and access management platformsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master’s degree in Health Information Management, Public Health, or Healthcare Compliance from an accredited institutionStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsFive (5) years of experience in a regulated healthcare environment (e.g., private, public, government, or military)Strong analytical, documentation, and process design skillsAbility to educate and train users on compliance procedures and system best practicesWork location: Remote, United States Travel: May include up to 10% [domestic/international] Relocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
