Job Description
We’re hiring a Part\-Time HR Specialist (25\-30 hours/week) to serve as 30 Lines’ dedicated people operations resource. You’ll work directly with leadership and be the go\-to person for everything HR: compliance, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and the systems that tie it all together. This is a build role, not a maintenance role. You’ll audit and update the employee handbook, establish multi\-state compliance processes, set up Asana\-based HR workflows, and clear an existing backlog of HR questions—then build the systems to make sure it doesn’t come back.
### **About 30 Lines**
Our goal is to create easy, remarkable experiences for marketers and their customers. 30 Lines is a growing marketing technology studio, twice named to the Inc. 5000 list. We offer a competitive salary, health insurance, 401(k) with a match, educational support, bonus opportunities, work from home/anywhere program, competitive vacation and leave policies, and much more. We believe you should work when and where you're most productive – we provide a flexible but consistent workweek so you can focus on your side hustle or spend time with your tribe. We limit internal meetings, so at least 40% of your week is always dedicated to getting deep work done. If you’re looking for a trailblazing yet relaxed environment where your voice can be heard and you can learn and grow, then we want to hear from you!
