Responsibilities * Review and verify account information for accuracy and completeness. * Input and update customer and account data in company databases and systems. * Respond promptly to internal and external requests related to account information. * Collaborate with finance, customer service, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies. * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive account data at all times. * Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to account information management. * Identify opportunities to streamline data handling processes and recommend improvements. Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Proven experience in data entry, account management, or related administrative roles. * Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems. * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Self\-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
