**OVERVIEW** KNKBS is a financial consulting firm in business for over 34 years. Our clients cover a wide range of business industries. Many of our clients are small businesses and we provide full support for their books, payroll, sales tax compliance and interface with their CPAs. Our service specializes in cleaning up and catching up on years of financial activity for clients, preparing them for tax filing. This involves organizing records, categorizing transactions, and ensuring accurate financial reporting to facilitate a smooth tax preparation process. We do not prepare tax returns or give tax advice, but we are the main liaison between the client and the tax CPA. The owners of KNKBS are passionate about building long\-term relationships with our employees and clients, which is reflected in the longevity of our team and clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented part time Full\-Charge Bookkeeper with proven multi\-client experience to manage the full cycle of accounting for a portfolio of clients. This role requires the ability to work independently, prioritize across multiple entities, and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, and eager to learn. They bring strong energy and a positive attitude, are comfortable adapting to new systems. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to dive into unfamiliar systems and quickly get up to speed on their features. Main tasks include overseeing end\-to\-end bookkeeping operations, troubleshooting transactional issues, and managing third party integrations. Must have a keen eye for financial inconsistencies and the proven ability to make corrective actions. The ideal candidate must love technology! **Description of Position:** · Manage full\-cycle bookkeeping duties for multiple clients in various industries and ensure timely financials and deadlines are met. · Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year\-end financial statements. · Review financial statements for accuracy, analyze for discrepancies and clean up when necessary to correct errors and reclassify transactions · Reconciliation of accounts, credit cards, and bank feeds, and resolution of issues. · Set\-up of payroll systems and ongoing payroll processing and applicable filings. · Preparation of book\-to\-tax reconciliations for tax return filing purposes. · Preparation of multi\-state sales tax returns and compliance documentation. · Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. · Support tax preparation by maintaining clean and audit\-ready books. · Communicate with clients to resolve issues and provide strategic insights. **Required Skills and Abilities:** · Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, handling multiple clients in a variety of industries.
