Come join a team of innovators and problem-solvers who are reshaping the future of data!The Role:We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who knows how to build pipeline and has the strategic and creative chops to do it well. You’ll own campaign strategy and execution from end to end—planning, building, launching, and optimizing programs that drive qualified pipeline. You’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and our agency partners, and you’ll bring your own ideas and judgment to every program you run.This role is a great fit if you’re a builder who’s energized by full-funnel ownership, comfortable with ambiguity, and confident making decisions with imperfect information.Responsibilities:Demand GenerationOwn campaign planning and execution—paid, email, content syndication, webinars, and more—in partnership with our agencyBuild and optimize nurture programs and conversion funnels across the full buyer journeyTrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance; translate data into clear recommendations and next stepsPartner with Sales Ops to improve lead scoring, routing, and funnel conversionWork closely with sales to ensure tight campaign-to-followup loops and feedback cyclesUse available tools—including AI where it helps—to work efficiently without losing the strategic thinking that makes campaigns actually workProduct & Content SupportTranslate product positioning into campaign messaging that resonates with technical and business buyersCollaborate on go-to-market assets (landing pages, emails, one-pagers) to support campaign launchesConduct market and competitive research to keep campaigns sharp and differentiatedRequirements:5+ years in demand generation or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with a clear track record of pipeline impactHands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling—our stack includes Marketo, Rich, CommonRoom, and GongStrong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including ABM principles and lead scoringOriginal thinker who brings their own ideas to campaign strategy, not just executes a playbookComfortable using modern tools—including AI—to improve efficiency, while keeping your own judgment at the center of the workExcellent written communication skills—you can write sharp copy and clear performance summariesComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment; you know how to prioritize and get things doneStrong collaborator who can work across sales, product, and agency partners without needing a lot of hand-holdingBonus Points: Experience in data infrastructure, cloud databases, or developer-focused productsYou’ve marketed to technical buyers (engineers, data architects, platform teams)Experience building or improving marketing workflows that scaled your output without scaling headcountWhat we offer:Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits (employee premiums 100% paid by Imply)Fertility Coverage - Integrated with our medical insuranceDependent Care FSAMental Health Support via BetterhelpLife and AD&D Insurance401(k) ProgramUnlimited Paid Time Off - USA OnlyWellness StipendHome Office Equipment ReimbursementPre-Tax Commuter BenefitsPet InsuranceIndividual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications aligned with Imply’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. The below range encompasses roles with on target earnings. This role is also eligible to participate in Imply’s equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.Compensation: $100,000–$135,000Don’t meet every single requirement?
