**Job Type: Full Time** $48,000\-$50,000 yearly salary (W2 employee)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team, preferably with Real Estate bookkeeping experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in bookkeeping proficiency in QuickBooks Online and possess a strong background in general accounting services. This position requires someone who can align with our core values of initiative, hard work, giving, and fun. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a genuine interest in working for a small, growing accounting firm.
* Handle general accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting; including project accounting
* Maintain bank feeds
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
* Identify and correct discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies in financial accounts
* Work with the accounting team to implement process improvements
* Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services

* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required; QBD experience a plus
* Minimum of 3 years of current QB experience
* Proven accounting and bookkeeping experience
* Solid understanding of journal entries
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
* Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
* Hands\-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
* Proficiency in English
* Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
* Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
