We help merchants build and launch high-performing bundles, upsells, and cart experiences that dramatically increase average order value – and our customers stick with us because of hands-on, human support from day one.Role overviewAmplify is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market and acquisition end to end. This is a hands-on role for someone who owns the strategy and lives in the ad accounts – positioning, channels, and the numbers.You'll work directly with the leadership team to shape how Amplify wins against the rest of the Shopify ecosystem. On a small team, you'll own marketing end to end – this is for someone who wants that accountability and the autonomy that comes with it. As we grow, there's room to build and lead a team.Key responsibilitiesOwn Amplify's go-to-market strategy – positioning, messaging, and how we win merchantsPlan, build, and optimize paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Shopify App Store – you name itOwn the growth funnel end to end: acquisition, activation, and the metrics that matter (CAC, ROAS, etc)Run experiments across channels, landing pages, and offersSharpen how we position against competitors in the bundling and upsell spacePartner with Product and CS to turn customer insight into messaging and campaignsReport clearly on what's driving growth and what to scale nextRequirements5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with real ownership of acquisition and GTMA track record of driving measurable growth – you can point to numbers you movedHands-on expertise running paid acquisition (Google, Meta, and similar channels)Strong grasp of positioning and messagingComfortable owning metrics and making decisions from dataSelf-directed and accountable: you thrive owning outcomes on a small teamExperience marketing to Shopify merchants, DTC brands, or the e-commerce ecosystem is a strong plusExperience with B2B SaaS or direct-sales go-to-market is a plusWhat we offerCompetitive compensation, with bonuses tied to company performanceFully remote work with a collaborative and supportive teamReal ownership over how the company growsA profitable, fast-growing product with strong customer love and room to scaleThe chance to build the growth function, and a team, from the ground upHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with a short note outlining your customer success experience, any Shopify or e-commerce work you've done, and why you're interested in joining Amplify.Originally posted on Himalayas
