✔ Employer of Record service to secure your hiring in a new country;✔ Legal & compliance services;✔ Equipment purchases, office rent & other back-office supportso that remote development teams can fully concentrate on product development with nothing to worry about.REQUIREMENTS6+ years of IT recruiting experience in Mexico.Fluent spoken and written English.Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.Deep understanding of the hiring process and features of the Mexican IT talent market.Participated in the setup of a new team in Mexico, has general knowledge of opening an R&D office of an IT companyKnowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multi-national companies in Mexico.Strong client focus with the ability to build effective sourcing strategies and trustful relationships, supporting them in executing ambitious growth plans.Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems.Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, and languages.Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.AS A PLUSExperience working with IT researchers.Recruitment agency experience.Practical sales experience.Experience in team leading or mentoring.SCOPE OF DUTIESBe a key person in coordinating the recruitment process in Mexico, improve our recruitment processes and educate recruiters on IT talent attraction / best practices in Mexico.Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates in the Mexican labor market.Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values.Starting a project from scratch and building hiring processes.Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: searching, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent, keeping candidates in the loop at every stage, providing feedback, job offer negotiation, and closing technical vacancies.Cooperation with the Alcor Team of IT Researchers.Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market.IF YOU DECIDE TO JOIN USYou will have the opportunity to develop your professional skills as a team leader.You will be directly involved in communication with the client, thus have the opportunity to improve your negotiating skills.You will practice your spoken and written English on a daily basis.You will have the opportunity to get acquainted with new projects, technologies, and trends in the IT field on a weekly basis.PROPOSALAn exciting, dynamic job with the opportunity to grow and learn.Working only with product IT companies that have innovative projects and advanced technologies.20-day paid vacation, 100% paid sick leave.Additional days off for special occasions, all national holidays off.Competitive salary & bonus system based on performance results.Compensation of medical insurance.Flexible working schedule.Remote work.Professional education, training courses, and conferences (on the basis of work performance).A warm atmosphere of young and proactive people, corporate events, and team buildings.Originally posted on Himalayas
