We're a PE-backed specialty healthcare education platform, currently focused on dermatology and expanding into additional medical specialties. Youwill be building towards a mature platform, one that scales with the company.You'll design and build the infrastructure that unifies our engagement platforms, CRM, conference technology, and third-party healthcare data on Snowflake (our warehouse of record) and AWS. Our analytics and data science teams — and the commercial data products we sell to pharmaceutical sponsors — depend on what you build.If you want to own infrastructure where clean pipelines translate directly into sponsor revenue, clinical personalization, and business decisions, this is the role.ACCOUNTABILITYCritical pipelines run reliably at high uptime; analytics and data science are never blocked by engineering failuresCore data sources flow into the warehouse with clean, tested, documented transformationsClaims and HCP intelligence data are ready for downstream analytics and commercial measurementEngineering standards, data dictionary, and technical documentation stay currentThe platform scales reliably as we add new sources, products, and specialty marketsEnable data-informed decision-making across the businessRESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build, and maintain ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines connecting our MarTech and healthcare data stack — CRM, marketing automation, event management, content platforms, and third-party healthcare data — into the cloud data warehouse.Own the cloud data warehouse and its transformation layer — staging, business logic, and mart tables — keeping data clean, documented, and performant for analytics and data science.Integrate specialty healthcare datasets — pharmac
