With a focus on sustainability, safety, and operational excellence, they strive to enhance the customer experience, increase rail usage, and “Transform The Future Of Mobility.”Job Summary: As our HR Generalist, you’ll collaborate with leaders across the business to deliver impactful learning and development solutions, elevate people excellence, and help scale our high-performing culture as we expand.Join us in revolutionizing mobility in North America!Tasks & Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage a company-wide Learning & Development programServe as a liaison between HR and business units to ensure alignment of HR strategies with organization goalsAssist with benefits administration, including enrollments and changesEnsure compliance and reporting with federal, state, and local employment lawsPartner with managers to identify training needs and support employee development initiativesDevelop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsPrepare and analyze HR reports and people metrics for leadershipSupport compensation reviewsAddress employee relations matters and support resolution processesSupport immigration/mobility program, recruitment and onboarding initiatives, as neededContribute to ad-hoc HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and continuous improvement initiativesOther duties may be assigned based on business needsRequirements:Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field6-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a learning & development or generalist roleStrong knowledge of U.S. employment law, HR best practices, immigration/mobility program, and organizational developmentProficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; ADP experience preferredExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, adaptable, innovative and solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to work under pressureWillingness to travelWorking Conditions and Travel:You may work from your home office and/or a well-lit, heated and air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
