Telehealth Physician — Multi-State (1099)

1099 contractor of Xen Medical PC · Part\- or full\-time **Location:** Remote (US) · active unrestricted license in ≥1 of TX/CA/NY/NJ (TX preferred) · DEA registration required **Compensation:** $40–$60 per async/short\-sync encounter · $120–$160 per clinical hour (synchronous) · quarterly quality bonus · est. annualized \~20 hrs/wk: $125,000–$170,000 · malpractice coverage provided **About the role** Join the founding telehealth physician roster. You'll see patients in our metabolic (GLP\-1\), hormonal (TRT), and peptide programs via our HIPAA\-compliant platform, supported by Xen, the AI clinical\-workflow assistant. You remain the licensed prescriber and final decision\-maker on every encounter. **Responsibilities** * Conduct synchronous video and asynchronous visits compliant with state board rules and the Ryan Haight Act, including current DEA telemedicine flexibilities for Schedule III prescribing (e.g., testosterone) * Full EMR documentation: consent, identity verification, contraindication review, PMP checks * Prescribe within FDA labeling and clinical protocols * Escalate complex cases to the Medical Director **Requirements** * MD/DO; unrestricted license in ≥1 of TX/CA/NY/NJ; DEA registration * 3\+ years post\-residency * Telehealth experience preferred; GLP\-1 weight management and/or men's health/TRT preferred **Compliance note***:* Xen Medical PC retains all authority over clinical decisions, scheduling, and scope. Xenios (the MSO) and its AI tools do not direct or override clinical judgment.
