We take our work personally, we do it with empathy and we're committed to making a difference.As a Feasibility & Strategy Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping clinical development strategies that help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.This is a highly visible, strategic position where you will influence global clinical trial feasibility, collaborate cross-functionally and directly contribute to winning new business.What You’ll Do:As a key member of the proposal team, you will lead feasibility and strategy development to ensure optimal clinical trial delivery across countries, sites, and patient populations.Strategic Feasibility LeadershipDeliver data-driven feasibility strategies to identify the right countries, sites, and patient populationsLead risk-based feasibility analysis and recommend solutions to mitigate delivery challengesPartner with Patient Recruitment Strategy and Site Alliance teams to create integrated strategiesProposal & Client EngagementCreate compelling, high-quality proposal content that differentiates ParexelPresent strategic approaches in bid pursuit and capability meetingsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support winning new businessInnovation & Thought LeadershipDrive innovation in feasibility processes, data, and methodologiesContribute to therapy area strategy and continuous improvement initiativesEnhance client relationships through early engagement and strategic insightsCollaboration & InfluenceBuild strong partnerships across global teams and functionsEngage with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and key opinion leadersFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and patient-centric thinkingContribute to development of best practices, tools, and processesWhat You Bring:We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong clinical research expertise and a passion for innovation.ExperienceSeveral years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industryProven experience in clinical trial feasibility, project management, or clinical operationsExperience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical or operational strategy preferredDemonstratable expertise and experience in clinical trial feasibility assessmentsSkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsData analysis skillsAbility to influence and present to internal and external stakeholdersComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentLeadership and mentoring capabilitiesEducationAdvanced degree preferred (MSc, MBA, PhD, or equivalent)Scientific, medical, or related backgroundWhy Parexel?Work on global, innovative clinical trials that impact patients’ livesInfluence strategy and contribute directly to business growthCollaborate with industry-leading experts across functionsGrow your career in a highly visible, strategic roleMake an ImpactIf you are passionate about clinical strategy, thrive on innovation, and want to play a pivotal role in advancing clinical research, we’d love to hear from you.
