Within the CoE, the Reporting \& Analytics specialty brings UKG’s analytics vision to life across People Analytics, Workforce Intelligence Hub, AI‑driven modern reporting, operational benchmarking, and data warehousing. This team partners closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, and Presales Enablement to shape opportunity strategy, strengthen solution narratives, and elevate the UKG value proposition in strategic customer engagements. The Reporting \& Analytics team plays a critical role in helping customers move beyond reporting—connecting workforce data to action and outcomes across the UKG Workforce Operating Platform. **About the Role** As a Presales Solution Consultant, Reporting \& Analytics, you will serve as a senior individual contributor and strategic presales overlay, supporting high‑impact opportunities where reporting, analytics, and data storytelling materially influence deal outcomes. This role partners across Sales and Presales to uncover analytics requirements, shape solution strategy, and bring the UKG analytics story to life through discovery, demos, workshops, proof‑of‑concepts, and executive presentations. You will help customers see how workforce data—across HCM, Payroll, and Workforce Management—drives smarter decisions, operational efficiency, and measurable business value.
