We leverage technology to support our operations and are committed to maintaining efficient systems that help our employees and customers stay connected. **Job Summary** Lars Courier, Inc. is seeking a knowledgeable and customer\-focused Remote Technical Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to employees and customers by troubleshooting hardware, software, and system\-related issues while ensuring timely resolution and excellent service. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail\-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem\-solving skills. **Key Responsibilities** Provide technical support via phone, email, live chat, and remote assistance tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues. Assist users with login problems, account access, and application support. Install, configure, and maintain software applications and system updates. Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities in the ticketing system. Escalate complex technical issues to senior support personnel or IT management when necessary. Monitor support requests and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Assist with onboarding and setup of company\-issued equipment and software. Educate users on system functionality and best practices. Maintain confidentiality and security of company data and information. Contribute to process improvements and technical documentation. **Qualifications Required** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Minimum of one year of technical support, help desk, or IT support experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and common business applications. Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticket management systems. Basic understanding of networking concepts, VPNs, and cloud\-based applications. Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, and collaboration platforms. Familiarity with CRM and logistics software applications. CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or other IT certifications are a plus.
