The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business needs into detailed system requirements, facilitating solution design discussions, and ensuring successful project execution. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience documenting system requirements, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams. **Key Responsibilities** **Business Analysis \& Requirements Management** * Assist in developing Statements of Work (SOW) for System Integrators supporting UC platform implementation initiatives. * Participate in business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive System Requirements Documents (SRDs). * Create and maintain process flow diagrams, system impact assessments, and functional specifications. * Identify and document both functional and non\-functional system requirements. * Ensure requirements are accurately communicated and delivered to development teams. **Solution Design \& Stakeholder Collaboration** * Identify project stakeholders and collaborate with Information Systems partners to design effective solutions. * Facilitate solution design sessions involving developers, business analysts, architects, and testing teams. * Create screen layouts, wireframes, and user interface mockups to support development
