**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high\-performing workplace environment. In this vital role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and organizational development. Your expertise will drive workforce strategies aligned with our company's goals, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. **Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
* Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) utilization, and onboarding programs to attract top candidates.
* Oversee employee orientation, training \& development initiatives, performance management systems, and succession planning to enhance employee engagement and growth.
* Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts through effective conflict management techniques, and fostering open communication channels.
* Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), ensuring compliance with applicable laws like OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).
* Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law requirements by maintaining accurate contracts, data collection records, OSHA standards, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry.
* Drive change management projects related to organization design, workforce management systems like Workday or Kronos, and HRIS upgrades such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management principles.
* Demonstrated knowledge of employment \& labor law regulations including FMLA, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning.
* Expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo; experience with HRIS systems like Workday or UltiPro is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to lead organizational change initiatives effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to facilitate training sessions, employee evaluations, and strategic planning discussions.
* Ability to manage benefits administration processes including payroll systems like ADP or Paychex.
