This role is essential in delivering a calm, empathetic, and professional first impression while managing high volume inbound communications with accuracy and care. You will support daily operations by triaging calls, gathering initial information, and routing communications strategically to protect attorney time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, emotionally charged environment and takes pride in helping others feel heard and supported. • Comfortable appearing on camera for future video based intake or client interactions
• Ability to work from a quiet, professional home office
