Bookkeeper

In\-House Bookkeeper Part\-Time (32 hrs/week) \| Gilbert (or anywhere in Phoenix Metro), AZ We're a fast\-growing outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine company expanding across the Phoenix metro — and we're looking for a sharp, detail\-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in\-house. This isn't a back\-office role at a sleepy company. We're scaling quickly, adding locations, and building something significant in the Arizona healthcare market. You'll be a key part of making sure our financial foundation keeps pace with our growth. This role starts at 32 hours per week with a clear path to full\-time as we continue to expand. **What you'll do** * Manage accounts payable and receivable using AI\-assisted tools to keep transactions accurate and current * Prepare and maintain monthly P\&L statements across multiple clinic locations * Handle all financial transactions and ensure proper categorization and documentation * Run payroll accurately and on schedule * Work closely with our external accountant to ensure books are clean, reconciled, and audit\-ready * Flag financial discrepancies and help leadership make data\-driven decisions **What we're looking for** * 3\+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, ideally in healthcare or multi\-location services * Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software * Comfortable working alongside AI tools — we use technology to work smarter, not harder * Strong attention to detail and a high standard for accuracy * Ability to manage multiple entities or cost centers simultaneously * Payroll experience required * A self\-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged **Compensation** $27\-32/hour \| 32 hours/week \| Benefits and PTO included This role grows to full\-time as we expand — we're moving fast and the right person grows with us. **Why us?** We're growing fast, we invest in our people, and the person in this role will have a front\-row seat to building a healthcare platform from the ground up.
