About the RoleWe're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to equip our Revenue Organization with the tools, content, training, and process they need to sell zerohash's infrastructure effectively to prospective partners and manage our existing customer base. You'll work closely with Sales, Relationship Managers, Solutions Engineers, Product, Marketing, and Compliance to translate complex, regulated financial infrastructure into clear, compelling narratives that help our team close deals faster, onboard partners smoothly and drive expansion in our existing customer base.Responsibilities Build and maintain sales playbooks, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides tailored to our partner audience (banks, fintechs, brokerages, payment companies)Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing Revenue Org employees, covering product capabilities, use cases, and regulatory positioningPartner with Product to keep RevOrg content current as new capabilities (trading, stablecoin payments, tokenized assets, cross-border settlement) roll outWork closely with Product and Product Marketing teams on training and enablement content and programs Work with Compliance and Legal to ensure all sales materials accurately represent our regulatory posture and licensing footprintAnalyze win/loss data and sales cycle metrics to identify enablement gaps and measure the impact of training and content initiativesCoordinate cross-functional launches, ensuring Sales, Relationship Managers and Solutions Engineers are prepared ahead of new product or partnership announcementsGather field feedback from the RevOrg and channel it back to Product and Marketing to sharpen messaging and positioningBe a key participant in driving productivity and efficiency within the RevOrg through systems, people and processesRequirements5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related roles, ideally at a B2B fintech, payments, crypto or infrastructure companyExperience enabling sales and relationship management teams that sell to regulated or institutional buyers (banks, brokerages, payment companies)Strong project management skills and comfort working across the RevOrg,Product, Marketing, and Compliance stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill technical/regulatory complexity into clear sales narrativesFamiliarity with CRM and sales enablement tooling (Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar)Nice to have: familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, or digital asset infrastructureBenefits Healthcare Insurance: zerohash covers roughly 100% of employee premiums as well as a portion of spouse/children (U.S. only)Vision & Dental Insurance (U.S. only)Chance to earn equityMaternity & Paternity leave (after 6 months)WeWork All Access MembershipWFH Yearly StipendL&D Yearly Stipend (after 6 months)About zerohashzerohash is the leading crypto and stablecoin infrastructure platform and the operating system for digital money, powering the next generation of financial services.
