**Job Description:** An Account Executive is the front facing sales leader within their territory. They will be responsible for building the CSG brand with Verizon Business and their customers. They will drive, manage, and oversee all sales activity within their territory. The Account Executive will be expected to carry the CSG torch each day by bringing energy and experience supporting their customers and market. **Job Responsibilities:** An Account Executive candidate shall be able to, but is not limited to: * Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. * Develop and uphold CSG relationship \& Verizon partnership within designated territory. * Traveling to meet Verizon and customers face to face to build relationships. * Create regional sales plans that align with business objectives and targets. * Become an expert/consultant on products and services CSG offers. * Understands CSG Sales systems, processes and procedures. * Generate sales through Verizon and Organic prospecting. * Able to perform comprehensive discovery in order to understand customer wants/needs. * Recommend and position CSG suite of products and solutions based on customer wants/needs. * Ability to overcome objects and close the deal through consultive selling. * Quickly engaging and qualifying all leads. * Leading sales calls as moderator, setting call agendas, ensuring that Verizon and customer needs are being met. * Project manager for complex sales opportunities to ensure they are handled professionally and in a timely manner. * Proficient in NetSuite and Operational Software/Systems to create customer records, quotes, and opportunities as trained upon * Maintaining accurate and up to date territory funnel * Able to understand and achieve sales targets and Performance Agreement set forth by leadership. * Work collaboratively in a team environment to promote a positive culture for growth and development. **Marketing Responsibilities, but not limited to\-** * Build relationships with Verizon Business Group and customers within territory to drive business. * Will require traveling within territory for sales meetings and presentations. * Responsible for regular cadence with Verizon along with key customer accounts within territory * Gather CSG partner feedback from Verizon \& customer. * Create sales strategies and campaigns to drive new \& organic sales. * Analyze regional market trends and create/discover new opportunities for growth. * Provide feedback and discoveries from market on Verizon and Customer wants/needs. * Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications \& Education:** An Account Executive candidate must have at a minimum: * A high school diploma or GED. * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum 3\-5 Years of successful business sales experience * Willingness to commit to travel at least 50% of your time per month resulting in a potential minimum of 8 travel days per month. **Training:** An Account Executive candidate mu
