**Role overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Senior Manager/ Manager\- Business Development \-Pharma \& Lifesciences. The individual will play a pivotal role in driving new businesses opportunities in US \& European region and positioning i2e Consulting as a trusted partner to leading Pharma and Life Sciences organizations.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Pharma domain, proven expertise in IT services selling, and the ability to engage with C\-suite executives and senior decision makers.
**Roles \& Responsibilities:**
* Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across Clinical and R\&D and adjacent domains.
* Expand business through proactive opportunity identification.
* Drive revenue growth by acquiring new logos
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers, influencers, and C\-level executives in large Pharma and Life Sciences companies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Promote i2e’s portfolio of services: PPM, Clinical Data Management Services, Data Analytics, Data Engineering and AI\-led solutions.
* Identify, qualify, and close opportunities aligned with company strategy and revenue goals.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
* Lead strategic account planning and manage the sales cycle from lead to closure.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, showcasing the value of our services.
* Mentor junior team members and support the development of account growth strategies.
* Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to craft winning proposals.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
* Represent i2e Consulting at industry events, webinars, and conferences; act as a speaker/panelist/moderator to demonstrate thought leadership and domain expertise.
* Stay updated with Pharma/Life Sciences trends, regulatory shifts, and client needs.
**Ideal Candidate:**
* Prior experience with large consulting or IT services firms.
* Strong understanding of Clinical Development, R\&D IT, and Pharma business drivers.
* Strong communication, relationship\-building, and team leadership skills. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
