Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping Experience
About Us
Leasing \& Etc. is a growing real estate brokerage and property management company with a reputation for professionalism, organization, and client care. We are seeking a detail\-oriented **Real Estate Assistant with bookkeeping experience** to join our team. This role is remote and offers flexibility, while requiring reliability and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to management and team members.
* Handle bookkeeping tasks including **invoicing, billing, data entry, and reconciliations**.
* **Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor communication, and scheduling of repairs/services.**
* Maintain accurate records for property management and company accounts.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management.
* Assist with client communications via email and phone.
* Organize digital files and support daily operations.
* Translate and assist bilingual communications (Spanish required).
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or bookkeeper.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficiency with accounting software (Yardi, QuickBooks, or similar a plus).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** preferred.
* Interest in **real estate/property management** strongly preferred.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Schedule \& Compensation
* Remote, flexible hours (part\-time with growth potential).
