You will collaborate closely with various teams to maintain and enhance software quality, ultimately delivering a seamless user experience. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team.What You’ll Be DoingCreate comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases.Execute manual testing (functional, exploratory, usability, regression) across web and mobile.Identify, document, and track issues to resolution with developers.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure testability.Validate APIs and system integrations.Support release processes and perform final quality checks.Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.Maintain and organize test documentation.What You NeedUniversity degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a manual QA engineer or similar role.Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Ability to identify, analyze, and document defects effectively.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Best If You HaveWorked in an early stage or growing stage start-upMajority experience with product-based companiesFamiliarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.Basic understanding of APIs and database testing.Experience with specific industry domains (e.g., Fintech, Logistics, E-commerce) where reliable software is critical.Clear communication and collaboration skills.About the Interview ProcessIt will have (in no strict order) a chat with the talent team, a video assignment, and 2 (technical + culture) interview rounds.
