Being a people-first organization, PradeepIT constantly strives for individuals who won't just keep up, but break new ground, work with cutting edge technology and ramp-up their skills with course created by our Vertical Heads, Senior Architect for freely with help of PradeepIT Academy.Project DescriptionLarge bank in Saudi is looking for Murex Tester for their Murex greenfield implementation project.ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test casesDesign, develop and execute automation scripts using open source and/or relevant toolsTest data/Environment setup in-coordination with upstream/downstream teamsIdentify, record, document thoroughly and track bugsPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolvedSetup and execute nightly automated regression packs on daily buildsDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products/application to meet client needsLiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirementsMonitor debugging process resultsTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities, test coverage and open defect countsStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategiesSkillsMust have5 to 7 years of experience-Good Murex testing experience.Good in Functional Testing.Execution of entire test cycle, test scenario and test casesPerform file reconciliation and first level of analysisGood experience in Treasury products such as FX Spots, Forwards, Bonds, Options etc in Murex.Working collaboratively with other teams during test preparation and execution activities.Proactive investigating and debugging of application defectsProducing clear and concise reports during the lifecycle of an automation projectGood communication skills.Originally posted on Himalayas
