This role owns defined workstreams within larger programs, ensuring execution remains on track through proactive coordination, structured communication, and disciplined tracking of scope, timelines, and dependencies.What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.Program Execution SupportOwn and manage defined workstreams within one to two larger strategic programsMonitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure forward progressProject CoordinationCoordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teamsEnsure tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, and progress according to planTracking & ReportingMaintain project plans, status updates, and RAID logsPrepare weekly status updates and proactively surface risks or potential delaysOperating CadenceSupport core program rituals, including team meetings, status reviews, and documentationTrack follow-ups and ensure timely completion of action itemsRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify execution risks and escalate appropriately to stakeholdersSupport tracking of mitigation plans and critical dependenciesProcess & DocumentationMaintain program documentation, timelines, and supporting toolsContribute to improving program management processes, templates, and standardsWho you are & what you’ll need to succeed.3–6+ years of experience in program or project management, with a demonstrated track record of driving cross-functional initiativesProven ability to lead and support cross-functional programs from planning through executionStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with Agile or similar delivery frameworksPreferred ExperienceExperience in SaaS, hosting, or eCommerce environmentsFamiliarity with organizations such as Bluehost, GoDaddy, WP Engine or similarWhy you’ll love us.Work-life balance.
