**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. **Duties**
* Oversee human resources management activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee orientation, and performance management programs.
* Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration tasks such as enrollments, changes, and inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, OSHA standards, and affirmative action planning requirements.
* Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conflict management, and fostering a positive work environment.
* Support workforce management through data collection, HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, and payroll processing using systems like ADP or Paychex.
* Lead change management initiatives and assist in organization design and strategic planning efforts to optimize workforce effectiveness.
* Conduct employee evaluations, training \& development sessions, and assist with succession planning to nurture talent growth within the organization.
**Skills**
* Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment \& labor law compliance.
* Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, Kronos, or PeopleSoft; experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and leadership levels.
* Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, conflict management, and performance management strategies.
* Familiarity with benefits administration tools including Paychex, Dayforce, or Paylocity; experience with data entry and contract management is a plus.
* Ability to adapt quickly to change management processes while maintaining focus on organizational goals.
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards to ensure a compliant workplace environment. Pay: $76,407\.98 \- $87,932\.20 per year
