Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build and maintain web applications involving analytics, dashboards, blockchain data, and wallet\-connected features. The ideal candidate has strong experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern web application development, with a focus on performance, accessibility, reliability, and user experience. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain production web applications using React and Next.js App Router. * Build pages and features for dashboards, analytics, leaderboards, data explorers, and wallet\-connected applications. * Develop reusable UI components using TypeScript and Tailwind CSS. * Improve application performance through code splitting, efficient server/client boundaries, virtualized tables, and optimized data loading. * Build accessible forms, modals, filters, tables, and responsive layouts. * Implement data\-fetching layers using TanStack Query or similar technologies. * Handle loading, error, empty, and delayed\-data states clearly when APIs, RPC services, or data providers are unavailable or slow. * Integrate wallet connection and transaction flows where required, including Polkadot.js, Talisman, and SubWallet. * Work with API and data\-layer requirements and contribute to feature development from technical planning through production release. * Identify and resolve performance issues affecting page load time and user interactions. * Collaborate with the team on UI consistency, data freshness indicators, and clear user\-facing messaging. * Participate in incremental releases and evaluate improvements using measurable performance and usability metrics. Required Qualifications * Several years of professional experience developing React and Next.js applications. * Strong knowledge of TypeScript. * Experience with Next.js App Router in production applications. * Good understanding of Tailwind CSS and responsive web development. * Strong understanding of web accessibility and accessible UI development. * Experience improving performance on dashboards, analytics platforms, data\-heavy applications, or similar products. * Ability to work across API requirements, application logic, UI implementation, testing, and production releases. * Experience working with Git and modern software development workflows. * Strong written communication skills for remote and asynchronous collaboration. * Portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of deployed production work that can be reviewed.
